Purpose

M6: Fixing auxiliary handrails to the wall (bath panel) of a unit bath

M8: Supplementary installation of handrails on walls with insufficient reinforcement indoors, installation of display panels/equipment on walls

Usage notes

[Mecha Heavy M6]
●Bath panels are available in a variety of materials and structures. Depending on the material and structure, the panel itself may deform when force is applied. Prior evaluation is required before adopting a particular panel.
●If the surface of the equipment is gypsum board without a steel plate and the seat of the fixture's fixing bracket is small, if the bracket is pressed too hard or the bolts are tightened too tightly, the seat of the fixing bracket will collapse into the board, so please tighten it by hand.
"I"-shaped handrails concentrate the load on a specific area of ​​the wall. If the wall is not strong enough, only use "L"-shaped handrails.
●Mecha Heavy M6 is made of stainless steel SUS304. It is more suitable for use around water than Mecha Heavy M8, but may be corroded by chlorine atmospheres or other chemicals. It cannot be used in such environments. It also cannot be used in applications that pose a risk to human life or that affect the structural frame.

In the case of gypsum board that is not reinforced with a backing or other material, this product cannot support all the weight and force of the handrail or attachment. The load should be supported by other means such as a pillar, and this product should only be used in fastening locations that are required by the design.
●If the seat of the fixture's fixing bracket is small when used with ordinary gypsum board, the seat of the fixing bracket may collapse into the board if the bracket is pressed too hard or the bolts are tightened too tightly, so please tighten by hand.
The Mecha Heavy M8 is made of die-cast zinc. It cannot be used in corrosive environments, where there is a risk of personal injury, or where it may affect the structural frame.
